The Claims Department’s goal is to provide efficient, fair, professional and accurate claims service to our Clients at all times. Consistency is a key objective in our claims handling approach.

With our established service standards and procedures in place, we aim to achieve a seamless and timely claims handling process, as ultimately, this is what our Clients measure when placing their valuable business with ACE Insurance.

Our central Claims Department is located in the business district of Sandton, Johannesburg. Our team is available to provide a claims handling service to both National and Multinational Clients.

All claims are dealt with by the South African ACE Insurance claims division who have local handling authority. Where necessary, we will utilise specialist external service providers to supplement our resources.
